VISITOR ENTRY

Visitor's Visa is endorsement in your passport which signifies you may travel to New Zealand for the purpose of visiting.

The Visitor's Visa shows you have permission to travel to New Zealand. Once entry granted you can stay in New Zealand for up to 9 (nine) months. The visa may be for a single (for one journey) or multiple (for more than one journey) entry.

We provide our services to all clients wanting to visit New Zealand and also assist those already in New Zealand wanting to further extend their visa, dependents of student visa/work visa holders, professionals wanting to come to complete their registration process with their respective registration bodies etc.

WORK & STUDENT VISA

Temporary Work Visa is for those who have a job offer from a NZ employer, those skilled in occupations that are in demand here, those coming here for a particular purpose or event, and those who want to gain work experience or work after studying in New Zealand.


To be eligible for such a visa the following requirements need to be met:


  • Should have a valid job offer from a New Zealand employer or
  • Should have specific purpose or event or
  • Be a student or trainee wanting to work here or
  • Want to join partner in NZ and work


Additional Requirements

  • Should be of good health and character
  • Have a passport that is valid for at least 3 months from date of your departure from NZ
  • Genuinely want to work in NZ
  • Have the required professional registrations from the respective NZ Board or Councils
  • Have the right visa for entry


WORK TO RESIDENCE

This category is for those qualified in areas that are in demand in New Zealand or have exceptional talent in the sports or arts and interested in coming to New Zealand for a short time and eventually make New Zealand their home.

 

  • Long Term Skill Shortage: This category invites all qualified and skilled in an occupation where there is a critical or ongoing shortage in NZ. View the list in Long Term Skill shortage. This list is updated twice each year.
  • Talent (Arts, Culture and Sports):If you are an artist, or a sports person or cultural performer with exceptional talents in your respective field, then this is for you. You need to be of 55 years or younger and be sponsored by a NZ Organization of national repute.
  • Talent (Accredited Employers):If you have a job offer from an Accredited Employer in NZ, then this visa/permit allows you to work for 30 months for your employer. Accredited employers are pre-approved by Immigration NZ and who need skilled and talented workers from overseas.

SKILLED MIGRANT CATEGORY

The objective of the Skilled Migrant Category is to invite those with skills that will contribute to the growth of New Zealand and at the same time want to make New Zealand their home.

 

Selection into this Category is done via the points system which are calculated on the age of the Principle Applicant, Qualifications, relevant work Experience, Job Offer, bonus points for employment in absolute skill shortage, employment outside Auckland, Spouse skilled job offer or employment, Spouse qualification, recognized New Zealand qualification, New Zealand Work Experience.

 

Skilled migrant Category is based on three skilled shortages list - Long term skilled list, immediate skilled list and the Canterbury skilled list.

 

We also assist professionals such as doctors, nurses, medical lab technologists, and social workers etc. requiring New Zealand professional registrations.

FAMILY MIGRATION

The objective of the Family category is to allow individuals to maintain and be part of, a family unit, while reinforcing the Government's overall objectives in immigration policy.


You can apply under the Family category if you:

  • Are in a genuine and stable marriage or de facto relationship with a New Zealand citizen or resident who sponsors their application; or
  • Have immediate family members who are New Zealand citizens or residents and who live permanently in New Zealand, and
  • Are the dependent children of New Zealand citizens or residents
